18 to 65 years
The Sensory Workout Program (SWP) was specifically developed for adults from 18 to 65 years of age. The SWP is extremely accessible and can be used by a variety of facilitators and family members to increase the focus of adults. Within the SWP there are “Alerting” activities that will begin with providing more sensory input from the environment. The adult follows the recommended sequence of the session with the follow-up exercises including fine motor, self-care, or gross motor. The exercises will prepare the adult to increase his/her functionality across a variety of settings.
